Evolve Healthcare has opened its new flagship location at 24151 Ventura Boulevard, Suite 110, in Calabasas. After more than a decade caring for Los Angeles patients from its former Woodland Hills office, the integrative medicine practice is now a concierge membership practice led by Dr. Gary Shlifer, DO, a board-certified internal medicine physician.
Membership is limited on purpose. A smaller patient panel means more time with your physician, easier access to care and a long-term plan for prevention and healthy aging, for patients in Calabasas and across the Conejo Valley.
